This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi in rooms, a heated swimming pool, and a children's play area. The staff once helped me return forgotten jewellery, and were always kind. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

during my stay, I absolutely loved the relaxing walk down to the beautiful Playa de la Arena, which is just a short 5-10 minute stroll, and the breathtaking views from El Mirador Archipenque were a fantastic way to soak in the local scenery while exploring the area.

The pools were a highlight. they were spacious and usually had available sunbeds. the noise levels from nearby entertainment at night were disruptive. The room itself had issues, particularly with the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. I appreciate that they provided a cot for our little one, but simple touches like having tea-making facilities would greatly enhance the stay.

The hotel features a beautiful pool area that is family-friendly with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the lovely garden view from our apartment which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff members were generally friendly and accommodating, making efforts to help when they could.
